Salt Spring Vinegars are one hundred percent made from scratch.  For example the fruit wine vinegars are made directly from the fruit witn no sugar or artificial flavours added. No store bought vinegar is used in their process.

Wine vinegars are bright, tangy and acidic, great for marinades, dressings, and anywhere else you'd use a lemon or lime.  They're also naturally sugar and calorie free.
